Re: LEMON Amps - Fly Classic - 40w amp in a 125b [traced]

Hi Theo,
Thanks so much for sharing all these schematics. They can only inspire new builders.
But I'm curious to ask for the reason for publishing these...

Re: Beetronics Swarm

I’ve built one of these using the veroboard layout on the dirtbox form and can’t get it to do anything other than squeal. This squeal changes pitch depending on adjustments on the ‘tracking’ knob and ‘swarm’ selector. Can anyone post voltages for either this pedal or a working clone? My signal is f...

Re: The truth about Victory amps...

I don't think it's an Anderton house brand. Lee's just the investor among a bunch of other fools. Only Thomann sells the house brands like Harley Benton, but Victory amps are also on the shelves in the US, next to Fender, Dr.Z, Mesa/Boogie ... I would even say that probably the success of the youtub...

Re: 57 Tweed No OutPut

As a starting builder, always check the effect without the switching, it would cut out a lot of debugging ;-)

The truth about Victory amps...

All this would never have happened if Lee Anderton would have kept his face off the telly... He's born rich, so he's always been out for fame. But this does leave the company very vulnerable. If you put the title of this thread together with the title of below video you know what's going on: Anderto...

Re: "Fake" 2n5457

Hey Manfred, do they perform as fets? This discussion :beatdeadhorse: has been going on for so long that a few years back, I bought a bunch of FETs from various Chinese vendors on Ebay... just to test them. I decided to build extended version of the Minibooster as suggested by Paul C, using four FET...

EDIT: The schematic contains a mistake: the 470k resistor on the emitter of the first transistor should be 470R.

ModTone - MT-WAH Vintage Wah

It turns out to be exactly same the pcb as the Rocktron Wah , for which Bernarduur provided a schematic A friend asked me to take a look, because the pedal is kinda noisy... and it kinda is. Had an old Vox lying in the shed, tested it and it had similar problems: lots of white noise when effect's en...
