HLJ0544 Jack
I have a BOSS RV3 pedal with scratch output jacks . Accordingly to the BOSS RV-3 Service Notes the jacks are HLJ-0554-01-010. I have searched on ebay, google, mouser, etc without success. As I seen, several manufacturers use this kind of jack, but I have not found any clue where to get one. I've tri...

Re: Convert Maxon AD80 to Boss DM-2
No you can not. 3005 and 3205 have different ways voltage source. One use positive ground and another negative ground, There is no way to change one for another without to change the circuit board.

6P3S - Russian language help
Hi Sirs, I've got a bunch of 6P3S tubes. Although, people who sells it says it is equivalent to 5881 or 6L6GT, I think the specifications are quite different. Well, the tube specifications came in a little piece of paper as follows: 6P3S.jpg As I do not talk Russian, Is there anybody who can transla...

Re: New piece of software for DIY-ers
Using strace I discover some problems about pathnames using '\' as path separator. Multi-plataform programs must use use '/' instead in order to run on both environments (unix and windows). The code above can fix temporary this problem: unzip DIYAS.jar lib/log4j-1.2.15.jar unzip DIYAS.jar lib/xpp3_m...

Re: EH - Deluxe Memory Man ( Reissue )
As I understand, Mike Matthews bought a lifetime supply of them. Or at least that's "the word on the street". I'm more interested in the idea of swapping those 4 MN3008's for 4 MN3005's. Theoretically possible? What about 2n MN3008 substituting n MN3005!?! It is because MN3008 is 2048 sta...

Re: BOSS DM-2 Guts [schematic]
I have a board design already, but I want to see yours... Please send it to my e-mail: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I have one doubt about MN 3005 operation. Its datasheet states the power supply voltage is something about -15 or -14 Volts (it is designed to be used with positive ground), but the DM-2 is d...
