I see this pedal is discontinued now and I am wondering if the schematic is more or less complete?
I heard one the other day and these are really nice pedals... I need to find one cheap on ebay

I know mouser has these pretty cheap and good to stock up on other components so the shipping does not hurt... http://www.mouser.com/Semiconductors/Integrated-Circuits-ICs/Logic-ICs/_/N-6j77x?P=1z0z63x&Keyword=4069&FS=True I live about 20 miles away or so from mouser's warehouse so that is m...

I am kind of stuck on how to wire this one up.
Is the buffered bypass wired like a klone?

Small Bear has a MPF102 that should work. also the SOT version here if you want to mess with those little jfet daughter boards. http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/ON-Semiconductor/MMBF4393LT1G/?qs=sGAEpiMZZMv4z0HnGdrLjnwNZ9rg4nWl11baa1eyKp4%3d Over on |v|arks blog I think someone verified mirosols ...

Re: Catalinbread - Sabbra Cadabra [traced]
I took a crack at this one with diptrace based off of the latest schematic, Hopefully this is a working layout and thought I would share this PCB - I am unable to order this project as of yet but will in the near future. I am not that good at layouts but thought I would give back to this fantastic ...

Re: Catalinbread - Sabbra Cadabra [traced]
Are there any other FETs that would work? I only have some 2n5457s on hand...
I suppose I need to buy the correct FETs for this one!
Nice layout!

Re: SolaSound - Tone Bender MK1.5 [schematic]
With stock values it should be fairly trivial to get the voltages into the right ballpark. The mess begins when you try to bring them down to where some people believe they need to be. Yep, I want to avoid that whole mess and stick with stock values! Oh on another note... I made 1.5 with a si...

Oh... all the voltages are negative.. I forgot to add the minuses on those last two

Re: SolaSound - Tone Bender MK1.5 [schematic]
Well, Here is what I got to work so far... Q1 C -0.41 B -0.09 E 0 Q2 C -7.42 B .41 E .33 Not too bad and with OC75s! Very fuzzy, LOUD and sounds good too! lol But I had to tweak 47k resistor down to 25K and 8k2 now is 5K I will have to swap around some transistors and find a great working pair with ...

Re: SolaSound - Tone Bender MK1.5 [schematic]
I will have some time tomorrow to have at it again with the breadboard and will post some voltages I am getting. And also the transistor hFE and leakages.

Re: SolaSound - Tone Bender MK1.5 [schematic]
I had one on a breadboard and to get mine to bias correctly, I had to replace the 47K resistor on top of Q1c with a potentiometer, and bias the transistor that way. I forget what the reading was on the pot but if I remember, it was really low. I think the OC75s I have are too leaky.. They all work g...

Re: Baldwin-Burns - Buzzaround [schematic]
Just for fun, . . . The "hybrid" was a work of genius - very little hiss, and it sounded virtually identical to the original. Great fun, complete madness in just three transistors - highly recommended (circuit to follow shortly). Also really cheap to build ($15 if you had to buy all the p...

Re: SolaSound - Tone Bender MK1.5 [schematic]
Just scored a rehoused MK1.5. :) Here's the voltages Battery: -9.99V Q1 C -0.31V B -0.08VE 0 Q2 C -7.64V B -0.32V E -0.24 Hardly any different from the last two stages of a MKII. I'm not surprised... Nice! That one has the OC75s? I know my issue with OC75s is I cannot find any that can be used for ...

Re: photonic juergulator revisited
Mistake??? :slap: I never make mistakes! just kiddin! quick question though. Looking at the PERK on your original schematic, I noticed that lug 1 is not connected at all, lug 2 goes to 47R to ground and lug 3 to 47K to the collector of Q2 And the correction you made on my schematic rendering has the...

... ... i think i got this right... will try and draw a proper schematic tomorrow. works much better than the previous version... go figure. the layout on tagboardeffects will work.... just swap out the two pots and add the ge npn as q1. i damn near went crazy trying transistors in this... that cap...

Re: Lovepedal - Purple Plexi 800 [goop-alarm] [traced]
Chiming in here with a question about adding a blend cap to this one.
Before I build this on strip, wondering if this is the proper way to add a blend cap and if the small and large cap values are good?
I know I will socket those and see what works but just asking anyway
