Schematic Heaven has the SD-9 schematic listed as being the GGG Sonic Distortion schem. Is this accurate?
I did a search here for SD-9 and found that it was listed as a TS808 derivative, but to my very newbish eyes, it looks closer to a Dist+ or Rat than to a Tubescreamer. If the Sonic Distortion really is the SD-9 schem, then it appears to me that only half of the dual op amp is being used, and the clippers go to ground rather than feed back into the op amp.
Ok here is the reason why I don´t like bootweak pedals... because most of the time there are only a few components inside. This can´t be said about the MXR Smart-Gate:
I have one GE-10 for repairs with major damages, one guy tried to make it true bypass and blew it !
Since some wires are missing or disconnected, i'm looking for the schematics to see if i can save it.
I also want to ask to someone who have done this kind of jobs if it's possible to disable the bypass buffer and make it true bypass. I wouldn't do that but the box is already drilled and the original switch is missing ! Like i said, major damages were made... :(
With the sidenote how I love the way the standard circuitry for driving a BBD + driver was converted to drive the digital delay line.
Here you go and please enjoy. The CF7 schematic gave quite some help but the whole reversing still was quite a lot of work. Lemme know if you see any ommissions or mistakes (I happen to be only human  )
I have a friend coming to town with his Boss PH-1R, which needs fixing. He's going to be here too short a time for me to reverse it and still drink beer with him.
Does anyone have the schematic for the PH-1R? I have most Boss schematics, but not that one.
This came up for sale recently, for the absurd price of $500 BIN> I've never heard one before so I'm no judge. I don't see an inductor in there, can the wah portion be all that ? This pedal's so clean it must have been hidden under the bed or used by an old lady only on Sundays. I'm not too skilled at this attachment bidniz, but one of the links should get you the juicy pics. Noel Grassy

i built the opamp big muff and i'm preatty happy about it.
but i got some questions:
first the 8k2 resistor before the 741, i noticed some people changed it to a 33k, cause they had some oscillation problems. i tryed this, and the pedal seams now a bit more quiter. but i read you can put in place of it a 50k pot so that you can controll the bias of the 741, is it true?
then i noticed a schem with a pair of mod about the gain pot (47ohm resistor direct to ground and a 10uF cap between the pot...
I don´t know if this has been designed by Nicholas Boscorelli, but I found this on evilbay:
Now I have the question if this unit has MIDI too, so that even keyboarders can play with this Riff-O-Matic nice guitar-riffs on demand .... Aut-O-Matic...ally
NOTE-GRABBER seems also to be a nice feature....
But at least it gives room for new speculations about Nicholas Boscorelli:
There was a guy named David Cockerell who worked in the 70´s for EMS, later vor...
