Looking for a particular component or hardware part and you just cannot find it? Got comoonents surplus and want to get rid of it? Post it all here... No sales of working pedals, put these in the 'Seen for sale' section please.
I'm opening up this forum for people who want to get rid of some stuff they bought too much of. If I was hesistant about this initally, it was only because of the problems and altrication that might come from this, rather than this idea of members helping out one another.

I need one single MAX1044 to test and most likely fix a non-working KLONE build. If anyone can sell one to me and have it shipped out First Class it'd be much appreciated. Will pay whatever you need for shipping and a few bucks for the chip... thanks in advance!
I'm looking to stock up on capacitors, rather than purchasing them from over-priced local shops. Can anyone recommend any in particular? Small size would be nice, and of course decent quality (had a 25v cap blow up in a 9v pedal a while back  ) Panasonic? WIMA? Nichicon? Nippon?
Hi there
i have manged to find a source of 125b's in the States for around a £1 a piece, plus shipping. However can only order in quantities of 100+, which is way to many for me. I only need around 50. If there is anyone in the UK, who wants go in on this then the more the merrier. Including shipping should come out at around £2.20 ish. :D
I've got a couple left, I'm tired of building these again and again only to mod/change stuff with no cool results what so ever.
I'm in Europe, so this'll probably be the most interesting for fellow Europeans, although I haven't checked international rates yet...
Hey all, I`m i canada and a lot of the time the shipping is what kills me when ordering parts. I just stumbled across this ebay store and he`s got a great deal.
I bought some of his veroboard and it was super fast shipping and great price too. anyway, he`s got this deal on resistors. a full set of 86 different values x100 pieces each value and he only want`s about $27 for 8600 resistors. the shipping is only about $15 so its pretty much the cheapest i`ve found in canada, and in one neat little...
Hey guys...I'm new here, and was wondering if anyone could help me to find a source for 1.5 Henry Inductors...I need a bunch of them, for custom Vari-Tones I build (for myself & friends), but can't find them at my local Radio Shack, etc. . any help would be greatly appreciated, thanx.
I have two genuine Gibson USA pickups up for grabs.
They have come off of an SG special and are black with a few scuffs and pick marks on them.
Apart from this they are an awesome set! Just not what I wanted, perfect for rocking out on AC/DC type stuff.
I'll be posting in other places and probably act on a first come first serve basis. UK price would be £40 each, I may give free shipping if you are interested in buying both together. Will happily talk about overseas shipping. PM me if...
My wife ordered me some ic from mouser for my birthday. She ordered the cheapest item for each type.
Most of them turned out to be smd.
I have:
8x tl082 ammo pack
7x tl062 bagged
12 x tl072 tube pack
25 x 4558 tube pack
25 x ua741ammo pack
4 x tlc272 tube pack
5 x ne5532 ammo pack
3 x 13700m ammo pack
They sat wrapped in the shipping box for two months before my birthday and now I cannot send them back.
I would prefer to sell them all to one buyer. I am willing to make someone a good deal....
Just clearing out my stock at the moment, All vintage parts are pulls, Germaniums were snipped rather than soldered out to protect them, all have an acceptable amount of leg length left and ICs of course still have the full legs as they are all socket pulls.
Prices are without shipping but all negotiable, can do discounts on several purchases etc. -
3 x Vintage CA3080E - Untested, taken from an old PCB but see no reason they wont work, most likely from the 70s, $6 each or £4
Trying to locate some Motorola LM308's, there seems to be many NS and few Motorola around. I'll pay $$ or trade cool stuff if you have some, any quantity considered. Motorolas will have the M in a circle logo.
I've ordered these from at least 3 different sources (Small Bear and eBay stores) and they ain't red. They're orange. Am I doing something wrong (resistor values?) or are real waterclear red LEDs just hard to come by? Analogman's got 'em, in the KOT... Does anyone know where I can obtain these elusive *red* LEDs?
I have a potential upcomming opportunity... (Some of you will read into that and understand exactly what I'm talking about). A requirement is that I own a rework station for replacing SMDs. The reality however is that folks who secure such positions rarely if ever will actually replace an SMD but rather will replace a PCB. I need some advice on purchacing a hot air pencil without causing significant carnage to my bank account. There are a number of rework stations on ebay for under $100 -- I...
My only source for these Alpha pots is Small Bear Electronics but they are out of stock on the A100K that I need until October. So I'm looking for a steady source to get both of these 100K and 500K Alpha right-angle mount PCB pots for my 'gray spec' DOD 250 Overdrive clone circuit board that I etched. Does anyone else sell these two part numbers?
I'm including an LMC567 chip with each. Off-board parts and the op-amp are not included. $12 shipped in the US
Populated BSIAB II using an older GGG layout. I can include the layout info if you can't find it online. Socketed transistors, but I left out C13 and C14 since I liked that sound better. $15 shipped in the US
Unpopulated PCB: Dynacomp, Tonepad layout. Etched and drilled by another forum member...
I live in Finland, where there are only a few store selling op-amps. I've been trying to find the LM741 and RCA metal can version (which is supposed to be quieter) but don't know which would be good place to buy them? In my country the few shops sell only new ua741 op-amps.
Even better would be if I could obtain some original 30+ year old 741 op-amps to my dod 250 project. Maybe somebody can help me?
