I am trying to make a Laney lbo 100 from scratch and I can not find the models of the three transformers that are needed.
Does anybody know them and where can I buy them ?

Hi guys, I'm repairing this amp but actually I cannot find a solution.

Clean channel and Power Amp works correctly.
Boost channel works but has a really low volume.

In attachments you will find the schematics.

I checked the tube section and everything is fine. Autotransformer works.

Voltages at tubes are:

1 - 181V
2 - 110V
3 - 110V
4 - 5,8V
5 - 5,7V
6 - 110V
7 - 0
8 - 0,675V
9 - 0

D3 Cathode - 266V

IC3 and IC5 are working because the switch is works correctly. I don't have replacement at...

I've just recently been given a Peavey Backstage Plus 35W Solid State guitar amp for nothing, and I'm currently working on it to get it back to a useable state, so, what's wrong with it?

Well, the original speaker is a no-worker but the rest of the amp seems to work fine, I verified this by plugging my pair of headphones into the headphone socket, I get normal sound through my headphones but no sound through the speaker.... :thumbsup

Hi,

The Vox AC30CC series has small pcb mounted toggle switches on the front panels.
These toggle switches have a cap on top that is apparently glued on with some kind of threadlocker (such as blue loctite?).

I need to remove the pcb for repair and would like to do so without damaging the front panel.

According to a youtube video of Psionic Audio (Lyle Caldwell) the threadlocker can be resolved by using acetone.
I have tried a few times getting acetone in using a q-tip, but no luck so far....

Here are the real Fender amp schematics for EVH5150 amps and footswitch in case there any use to anyone.
They can be found on the evh/fender website, but for easy download and reference I put them here.
100w and 50w versions.

Hey there! I bought this Peavey Express 112 to leave it at my music school as a students amplifier, it cost me 35eu, so nice deal there, the clean seems to sound mostly good. I cleaned all the pots and reverb connectors and now reverb sounds good, also the seller told me the amplifier wouldn't switch to drive channel, and yes it doesn't, with the tester the switch seems fine. I found that there is a resistor burnt, R101 is completely fried, so i removed it but I don't have a replacement yet,...

Can anybody help me out
What is this brown thing covering the resistors? Could it be on purpose when assembling the amp or are the resistors starting to fail?
I've mesured them from the bottom of the board and they are ok, on the top of the board i don't get any readings.

I'm looking at these because my bogner alchemist is changing channels on it's own.

I've been itching to design and make a new circuit board. This one is the combined take on the infamous ruby amp with switchable bassman / hiwatt controls. There's also a headphone out, but the wiring isn't depicted as it's all off-board.

I'm not really into buying more stuff, but couldn't let this one go. It's the 1960-4 Carad R53PA, a tube tape recorder using EF86, ECC81 (x2), EL84 and an EM84 indicator tube. It has built in speakers but simple standard jacks for input and external speakers. I haven't hacked into it yet, the video below is a quick tour around the thing.
