EA Sports and August is a recipe for familiarity Mut 23 Coins , and this year is no exception as the legacy of John Madden comes to the forefront once again to reiterate to fans that it is, in fact, in the game. Yet while avid players of the everlasting American football franchise look for any early advantage, we all know which well fans love to frequent the most: Speed. That's why you're here, after all, and so we're here to break down the fastest wide receivers Madden NFL 23 has to offer....
Here's a trace of a J. Rockett Tim Pierce signature OD that I had on hand. It's a dual pedal with a four-knob OD followed by a MOSFET power amp boost. This PCB is stenciled rev 5 and the pedal dates from 2015. This post is mostly for curiosity's sake since I couldn't find an existing trace. It's a decent but not spectacular pedal and there's nothing innovative inside.

The most interesting thing about...
Old Blood Noise Endeavors - Haunt Fuzz v1 tracing. This came from an early pedal with low double-digit serial number in a light blue enclosure.
Notes:
1) Enclosure labels for 'Low' and 'Mode' appear to be reversed. Documentation states that 'mode' switches between two different silicon transistors. I found these transistors are actually connected to the toggle switch labeled 'low'. There is a difference in breakup and gating at each transistor setting. The 'mode' toggle switches between two...
With the money I got from the Vibrostomp I went ahead and got one of these guys because the soundclips were great. Good news the pedal lives up to the clips, it sounds exactly the same as the vibrato on my 214, and has more depth without getting muddy like the Vibrostomp. Great pedal for the price too, solidly built.
Was a little tricky to get all the goop off, it was latex stretchy stuff in two layers. It's an upside-down pcb, which is odd, but functional, and a super simple circuit with only...
Hey! Just got this yesterday. It's a great sounding Range-master derivative, with a lot of control over the sound. More of a dirty boost with a fullness control of sorts (RANGE) than a treble booster, although those sounds are in there. The nasty stuff on the back of the pedal is not Catalinbread's doing, it's my failed attempt at desoldering that jack there. When I got the pedal, it was a clean PCB :)
The schematic is hand-drawn, and it looks kind of funny at the input, so if somebody would...
I still am trying to understand the schematic and layout of the Tim from or .
It seems to me that R9-R10 (or in the vero layout H-N14 and K-N7) is a voltage divider providing 4.5V. Since we feed 9V, shouldn't R9 and R10 be equal in order to get 4.5V?
This one is not your usual stompbox, as it is designed to use with a vocal mic. I was looking for a death by audio echo master schematic, with no success.
And yesterday a friend of mine bring me this boutique clone edit: looking at this thread: I realised the term clone doesnt really apply here (use of transformers etc) but the main idea is the same. It´s basically a mic preamp with an effect loop for stompbox and a build in delay. I think the mic pre and loop could be interesting for everyone...
reputedly based on the vox UL730 and 7120 amps for revolver/sgt. pepper-era beatles fuzz and more.
I can only guess it's based on this bit, (which appears to be a bit like the fuzzface) with the treble and bass pots merged into a mids pot. It's run on 25v in the amp circuit:

the: sustain pot could be yer typical FF Q2 emitter pot, or maybe adjusting the 220k feedback resistor like the CBread katzenkonig..There also appears to be a gate trimpot on the picture of...
I've been hunting down this pedal for a while after EQD featured it on their youtube channel.
This is second version, 350 made for prymaxe. There is a V1 of which only ~20 were made.

Here is my guess for V1 based on the screenshot below from that youtube video. THIS IS AN APPROXIMATION, USE WITH CAUTION.
Specifically, I'm not sure about the emitter connection for Q2, either the 1K or 470R might be an emitter resistor....
Sorry to bother you all. But I am looking at a way to pass the hat around so the Dumbloid can be traced. There are a few of us from the Gear page who are curious to see where the origin lies from...
Let me know what I have to do to get this over the line.
I sent a bunch of pics to AG a while back, but I know he has a lot more important things to worry about these days...
Unfortunately I dont have wiring photos (and I can't remember the name of the guy who sent these pics to me....) , but these should get us close. We'll just have to make an educated guess about the pot values and wiring.
I've played these a few times and always liked them.
The usability is insanely bad, you have to have fairy fingers with the stock knobs in order to use the second gain knob. The stompswitches are way to close together.
Anyway, I found one used and picked it up. Was surprised to find mostly through hole components, and pretty well made. Not surprised at all to find a sanded IC.
I started to trace and to be honest with y'all, I got bored. I did find a few discrepancies with the RC...
Box of Rock variant, with minor changes to cap values Q2/3 source resistors and D-G bias resistor of Q3 so would be quite possible to do a BoR/'59 Sound mode switch with a 4P3T rotary.
I like this more than i remember liking the BoR when i made one years ago, but i just don't like having a single BMP style tilt tone pot and am considering putting a Bassman tonestack on the end instead - If anyone has any advice/suggestions/experience of doing...
Hi Guys,
yesterday a frind of mine give me a Darkglass Duality to try.
I just opened it and shoot some pictures.
It is based on 4049UBE CMOS.
All Pots are 100kB except for the Level Pot which is 100kA.
unfortunately I cannot hold the pedal so I will start tracing the pedal from the photos. In the next few months I will have the opportunity to have the pedal back in my hands and check all the connections. If someone has the pedal and wants to help me, you can write to me in PM.
