Can anyone speak to how well this thing tracks a guitar?

hey man, I really like the moogerfoogers that you post! 8)

I really like their designs but the pedals are really expensive... Ive been looking for some MF-104 Analog Delay info for sometime (I even missed a broken one on eBay that went for over USD400). I would be really glad if anyone had any info on it.

Sorry for necroposting!

But this MF-107 is an amazing device! It goes so well with bass-guitar! I was long time dreaming about making it possible to play bass in unison with a phat saw analog synth! And with this thing it is even possible to play in sync! Dynamics are accurately preserved by the VCO and when you play bass with different dynamics the MF-107 replicates it absolutely accurate! Oh, those new tones! I could never dream about something like this coming from my friend bassist(I'm a drummer)! This is such a great addition to my band!

Hey OP, coud you please give the creator of this thing a BIG hug if possible!?

On second thought though... Why you guys at Moog make your pedals only work with inversed polarity(positive on center, negative on the sleeve. can be seen on picture 9 of OP post) DC supply?! It is so unconventional! My bassist had to carry a extra separate 9V supply with modded cable to power that thing, along with a basic supply for his preamp and a few stompboxes. I disassembled the whole MF-107 to look if I could rewire it so it could work with a standard 9V supply and while doing that I broke the damn output lever resistor, so I had to find a replacement for it(no big deal though, they are sold at around $.60 here in Saint Petersburg, Russia). And it all was for nothing because the DC input is hard-soldered to the circuitboard and nothing can be done with it!!! DAMN this thing is well built! Gotta give it to Moog.
