2 DSPs and a GPP? Love how far we've come!
Testing, testing, won too fwee
Many many thanks for the yamaha DG-stomp schematics. I lost the powerpack and hesitated to buy a new one, if at all possible. I love the Stomp and always use it when on a gig so I happened to have this 15 volt AC powerunit (instead of 12 volt) but hesitated to use it, not knowing if the DG stomp would have sufficient regulation. However being a Yamaha i trusted this would be neatly taken care off. Seeing the schematics i give it a shot. Again, many many thanks!

I still use one of these as well.
I had to replace the power supply and found this one: http://www.apogeekits.com/12v_ac_power_adapter.htm. It works great.

Thanks Chad,
living in Europe I needed a 220 volt supply and as I was convinced the 15 volt supply would work, I waited till the last moment before a gig to try it out...... Fortunately a bad smell warned me this was a bad idea. From the diagram I should have figured that the stabiliser is of the old type, internally dissipating all excess voltage and getting very hot in this case. Fortunately no damage was done, I ended up modifying a redundant Linksys router power-supply by removing the rectifier board. Works excellent. Thanks again.
