Aha; I knew someone posted a correction a couple pages back:
bajaman wrote:The schematic posted previously in this thread by another member is correct - but as i mentioned R26 and R34 are 1k not 110R.
The back to back diodes are 5v6 zeners.
It might be a couple days til I have the time, but I'll try to upload a modified schematic reflecting these corrections.

I also build mine a while ago with the PCB I posted.
Depending on the tone settings I also have a whistle when I turn the Gain up, but I don't use it at the max anyway.
Overall it's a kick-ass pedal! Try to use "C" pot's for "Presence" and "Deep", I used liniar ones and, as Bajaman said, the entire spectrum is available on around 15% of the pot's range. Also, I have the impression that the "Gain" and "Vol" pot's range is not liniar, but maybe it's just my impression and it' not a problem anyway.

Thanks for the schematic, it's a fun build!

And here is mine. I know it's not very smart to label the pedal with the brand of the original but this one is for me I don't intend to sell it

It sounds great, all posts are very effective and I have absolutely no background sound even with gain pot maxed so that's great.
But I have no sound in bypass and the indicator led does not light.
I checked with my DMM and there is nowhere on the 3pdt where I have continuity with the output (front amp output)
It should be something stupid I guess...

...actually there is no sound on purpose - if you use the output which is meant to be used with poweramps.

Has anybody tried to replace the OPA2134 with another opamp? Any comments on sound?

Must use. Sounds amazing.

I was thinking about something more common like tl072 or ne5532 (i might have to compare the datasheets if they have at least the same pinout)

Well, that's right, I used the PA output in front of the amp and it sounds great like that
I switched to the other output, output volume is very low and the sound is very dark, plus I have so bzzzz when bypassed...

Andlord, did you use the C type o potentiometers on the Pres and Deep controls? How are the response of this controls?

No I used B type. C type was not available :(
I tend to set those kind of controlls to match my amp and don't play around with those. I'm not at home for a few days so I can't test it, sorry. I'll sweep through different positions when I'm back and give you a proper response.

While this topic is active again, does anybody recognise the "Rectifier Pre-amp" that's in the rack on the photograph in the first message?
It's definitely not made by Mesa/Boogie and the knobs are often used by DIY-ers and commercial clone-ers from Russia.

So, now I had the time to fire this bad boy up again.
Like I said I used B type pots and it is not a good type for this controll. Apparently I was lucky to dial in my prefered sound at the first try. it has a lot of range that does not change much and on the last 10% is a rapid encrease to the bottom end. The Pres is ok-ish but the Deep should defenetly be something else, not B.
Like I said I can dial in my tone quite fast so I don't really care and won't change my pots :D
