This seems to be a fairly close Boss PN-2 Tremolo/Pan clone. However, it is no longer available, and second hand units on Reverb go for +75USD. The only Tremolo available from Behringer seems to be the UT-100 or UT300 Ultra Tremolo, which is a Boss TR2 Tremolo clone. The original thread (with schematic - this is a rare one) is still looking for component alternatives and a look inside the Behringer may be inspiring...

Hey ! It's been a long time ...
I happen to have that pedal (works great with a stereo amp or with keayboards), so here are some gutshots.
It's based on a pair of CoolAudio V2159 VCAs, that seem discontinued. There are also a few opamps (4558, TL06x) and quite a number of transistors as well.
It's funny that the cheap copy of a rarity is becoming a rarity as well.

I only give negative feedback.
