This one's so easy compared with the DC-2 I'm working on.
Why not give it a try yourself?
I can make one after I finished my DC-2, but I don't know when that will be.

Well because that I don't know photoshop well, don't know how to make it accurate dimensions, and others. Just don't know how to do that.

Well,... since I could not finish my DC-2, here's your CS-2 PCB:

If you print with 300dpi it should come out the right size which is 8.84 x 6 cm.

This is how I do it:
I open the picture of the PCB in Photoshop.
I set the resolution to 300dpi.
Then I create a solderpad the same widht and hight as the solderpads on the picture.
Now I copy and place my new solderpad on top of all the solderpads of the same size on the picture.
I regularly hide the original picture and "merge all visible layers" and then unhide the original picture again.
Then I create the other solderpads like the rectangular ones on the CS-2 board, and place them one top of all the solderpads with the same shape.
No I use the "Line" tool to draw the outlines of all the coppertraces.
Again I hide the original picture and "merge all visible layers" and then unhide the original picture again.
After that I use the "Fill" tool to fill all the traces.
And again I hide the original picture and "merge all visible layers" and then unhide the original picture again.
Now I use the "Erase" tool to clear up some space between solderpads or traces that are too close to one and other.
If neccesary I do some small corrections.
After that I type some text using the "Type" tool.
Again I hide the original picture and "merge all visible layers"
Now I delete the layer that holds the original picture.
Then I mirror the image.
Finally I adjust the image size and voila... ready.

Yes, you're right.
When I was making this PCB, I saw there was only a small connection between the 2 solderpads.
So I told myself not to forget to make a connection between those pads.
But I did forget and separated them.
My bad. Sorry.

Hi, I'm not 100% sure about pin conversion. I've made a second layout for this (should be correct, but I didn't tested it yet) PCB dimensions are 4,75 x 2,5 cm. I'm not 100% sure about wire link from pin3 of BA6110 to pin4 of BA662A, please refer to the datasheets and boss schematics.
