momentary switch should have 2 wires..hack the outer casing and replace it with a heavy duty momentary switch..

im planning to move the pedalboard to another case a bit bigger, and i was thinking in use some DPDT momentary switches for all he switches, the pedal uses some microswitches those are 4 legs pcb mount.

the only thing i dont know how to change are the most annoyings ones the selectors, these are like the sp12t switches but these ones are like digital ones are small boxes with just 3 lugs, and cennecto to only one leg of the main bank effect... i think this ones are impossible to change, or maybe not, im not sure

Aren't those simple analog pots ? There would be an ADC in the microcontroller, reading voltage across the pot and doing the steps in software ? A quadrature encoder would have had two pins connected to the MCU.
I only give negative feedback.

Yes, those tactile switches are indeed SPST.
