I didn't - I just used B100ktemol wrote:Hi bajaman.
Where did you find C100k 9mm pot?

Thanks for this, I made this and it works great!
Is there anyway I can add a trimmer to adjust volume? It seems to boost level a little

The easiest option is to change the 100k resistor on the output to a 100k pot or preset and connect the 1k resistor to the wiper of the pot.Is there anyway I can add a trimmer to adjust volume? It seems to boost level a little

Thanks bajaman, that volume idea works great!

in case any one who wanted to hear Baja Presence and Resonance before they build it, here is a short demo that i uploaded in my Facebook account.

Just one question to understand the circuit.
At first I used non polar capacitor at C3(10uf) because I didn't read the note at the end of Temol's pdf, and the circuit didn't work.
Change it for polarized capacitors, and it worked properly.
Why does polarized capacitor makes it work and not unpolarized capacitor? Is it some sort of Phase issue?

I like your Khaos Distortion. Do you share the schematic? Or at least you can tell us if it's based on some other circuit? If you can't share it never mind, I understand.
Thanks for the demo!

It is based on Amptweaker Tight Rock with some Modifications. That is all I can say for now. Thank you for understanding.

I built a Tight Metal. I know there's around the schematic of the Tight Rock and I thought to build one day a kind of version between those two pedals: a sort of Tight metal but not so heavy and more rock than metal.
Your pedal sounds great!

Thank you for the compliment.Ichabod_Crane wrote: ↑01 Mar 2021, 08:45 I built a Tight Metal. I know there's around the schematic of the Tight Rock and I thought to build one day a kind of version between those two pedals: a sort of Tight metal but not so heavy and more rock than metal.

hi, this is amazing bajaman, it possible to add a knob like volume to simulate a power amp section?

you could put the volume control after the circuit like any other volume control.andersrain wrote: ↑06 Jul 2021, 18:07 hi, this is amazing bajaman, it possible to add a knob like volume to simulate a power amp section?

if you mean tone, i believe it won't interfere with itandersrain wrote: ↑08 Jul 2021, 00:21thanks im new to this, question about volumne knob does not interfere with the sound, rigth?

These tubes should have a flat frequency response from any given circuit.
That switch might be a as simple as altering the clean headroom - a selection of clipping diodes perhaps.
