Looking for an LED mount

Looking for an LED mount to replace a broken one on my Sanox Super Analog Delay. Anybody know where I can find one like this?

I ended up buying some that were similar, but not exactly the same. If you have some that are exact, I'd be interested.

This may be what you already have, it's pretty close but the angle of the bevel might be slightly different.

This is the 5mm version. I don't have a pic of the 3mm but it's similar.
