not sure if they are related or not, but it sounds very similar to the EH Dr. Q.

Dr.Q is OP amp based(like morley wahs) but instead of LDR have transistor to ground as controlling device.......

Mutron have OTA

:thumbsup they are close but different

Does this pedal work with bass, or how could it be modded?

This is verified for anyone wanting a quick vero build

Great work as always, IvIark.

Here's a schematic for a version using both sides of a 13700 instead of the original 3080: I've breadboarded it and it sounds pretty good. Might do a vero for it when get a chance -

So... no issues with the single feed to multiple inputs of the 13700?

Essentially, if the OTAs inside are not dead on with each other, does it or will it cause some kind of problems with the outputs?

Well, it worked fine for me on the breadboard, although I know deadastronaut over on DIYSB couldn't get his to work. I couldn't comment on the possible causes of the problem. There are plenty of filter circuits that control the sweep via pin 1+16 together. This version of the circuit just attracted me because I have a handful of 13700s but no CA3080s.

I'm still planning to put together an MS20-style super resonant LPF triggered by the MicroV envelope section: It's nice and simple with just half a dual opamp and the pnp transistor and works really well.... maybe one day I'll have time.

Here is a verified schematic and the board I made with it, in this build I used LM13700 instead of CA3080:
