Greetings to everyone, here's some porn of an old (and beat up) ROSS Chorus pedal owned by a friend who wanted to have true bypass on it. Surprisingly, he didn't want to change that dreadful current jack (which I personally hate). I love these enclosures though, the pedalenclosures boxes are like these just without the sunken knobs (good protection).
Some pictures are from before and after the true bypass operation, the original switch was going flimsy.
It sounds really good, and is very simple, I started tracing it until I realized it is a direct copy of the BOSS CE-2, so I put the schematic up for reference. The obvious difference is in the switching scheme, if you didn't power it, it wouldn't work, but it lacks the flip-flop circuitry, looking at the schematic, the switch was between R49 (1M) and ground, and that's how it operated.
I know there's nothing new here, but still, I anyone enjoys it, that's great.

No, I didn't compare it with a CE-2, and as far as I went with the tracing, the values were identical, say, half of the schematic

No, you're right. I compared the two schematics side by side and there's two, maybe three parts that are either different or omitted in the Ross. Could you detail how you did the true bypass and cam this be millennium bypasses? I have one in an all blue box, is it rare? The switch is a bit flaky, it's all original. Thanks
