Sorrry, this one is only two sliders. Plus, I really feel squeamish about posting anything from AG that he has not finished. I will repost it and let the mods decide if they want to kill it or not.

I think the only way to get this thing sorted out is to buy one, reverse engineer it and build a few to get the initial outlay back.

It doesn't look to difficult to build, so it could easily be sold as a kit (Under a differnt name, obviously).

Dave.

Has anyone build this and does anyone have a version with three sliders?

Since the flynn pedal was released I've hoped for a schematic, perhaps there' s interest in the fsb tracers fund?
Looking at the pics on flynn amps it seems the three slider version is very similar to the two slider. The key issue would then be the inductor and cap values to determine the frequency.

I have tried to contact Harry kolbe "Soundsmith", the original designer of hawk circuits, through email. No response. Maybe trash filter got it, but he is also the chief designer of atomic amps so I don't think he's bothered by my requests even if they got through.

If you read this and got to much money, please buy the rory pedal from flynn amps report back here! :thumbsup

I MAY have a line on an original one of these.. it was apparently built in the Gallagher era.
I just have to see if the owner will let me have a look inside..

There's not much Mr Flynn could say about that now is there ?

Crazy.. I bid to 450 on one about a month ago and it went for about $475 if I remember.

The one I was chasing turned out to be not what I thought.
I was told it was a clone of Gallagher's secret pedal, but I finally got a peek and it was a Rangemaster clone (which apparently he used a lot also).
It was supposed to be tweeked to his liking, but was pretty much stock.

It was 15 years ago today that Rory Gallagher passed away.

Still missed, never to be forgotten.

Shoot!

I saw a guy buy one of these at the Gilman swap meet in Berkeley for $5. I am not even kidding.

The thing was rusted out and didnt work, but that's definitely what it was.

I even gave him my number and asked him to call me about repairing it.
