Looking around for some info on the Boss Katana Mini, all I could find was this post
Modding the Boss Katana Mini for Rechargeable Batteries

The main ICs are :
TI TPA3131D2 Class D power amplifier
JRC2740 op amps
JRC4580 op amp
PT2399 delay/echo
"TI 87" - not sure what this is

Personally I don't find the Delay very inspiring. Maybe they should have gone with an FV-1 instead of the PT2399.

Here's some photos:

R.I.P. Burke Shelley, from one of my favourite (and much underrated) bands - Budgie
Their songs have been covered by Van Halen, Iron Maiden, Soundgarden, Metallica and more.
If you don't know how HEAVY this band was in the 70s, check Breadfan out.

I'd love to modify this one to have an effects loop or a line-out without the cabinet voicing.
