Metal can CA3094 mojo

Here's some pics of my GGG small stone with some metal can mojo thrown in. I used a 4pdt to switch between the stock caps and the univibe values, and I like it with the stock values. Don't know if I'll box it up or not yet, the board is pretty damn big.
very cool ... nice job with the wiring, also ...
if you could get a clear panel for the enclosure, that would be cool

Are you just using a standard 8 pin adapter for the metal chip? I tried installing my tin can LM308 in my rat VINALLY but the legs wouldn't stay in the adapter. Also, how do you go about getting the legs bent right and how short do you cut them? Thanks!

usually I just take a pair of pliers, and squeeze pins 1-4 and 5-8 together in a line as close to the can as possible. Then leave about as much leg as a standard dip, and if they sit too high, give them a trim. It helps if they are bent outwards a little so they'll stay in the socket.
