This is what I have for now... got caught up in some other stuff last night and today, so I took a break from this. I'll be scouring it over for the next few hours to make sure everything is perfect, but here's a quick pic of what I've got. I'm not at liberty to post the actual images used for tracing (the source wants to remain anonymous on all accounts), but this is from a later generation Ezekiel.

Quick note: this image is a representation of the actual board layout in lieu of an image of the real thing. This is not my official layout, it's a representation of the board as it appears in the Zeke.

The rotary control image attached shows the connection points for the clipping selection. The blue electros in the image are axials in real life, 25v rating. The green cap is a tantalum in the original, the yellow and purple are general electros. All other caps are polys and all resistors are 1% metal film. The IC is a JRC2114D. The Ge diodes are CV27130, the Si are 1N914s and the LEDs are 5mm diffused red in the real thing. All arrows in the image are connections, so when you see "Level 3 -> 1K -> Filter 2, 3" it means that the third lug of the level pot connects to a 1K resistor which connects to the 2nd and 3rd lug on the Filter pot. Easy, right?

This board in UNVERIFIED for now, but I will hopefully have it verified soon. If anyone would like to verify it in the meantime, by all means do.

Any questions you have feel free to ask, I'll explain as best I can.

Yeah... to be honest I was actually pretty surprised. It's got a little bit of everything.

Only the Vb connection after the clipping stage looks weird!

Further, looks like a great unit!

Yeah... to correct my representation, separate the 10uF and 220K resistors with a cut, and change the 110R out for a 1K.

According to David Mann, preferred op-amp was JRC 4562D.......

Props to Dave Main for kicking out his original schematic. He's always been great about the DIY community. I wish more builders had the same attitude.

I think there were few units Zeke tweeked for guitar. Maybe last output cap (10uF) is worth to play with?
