vol a250k
fuzz 1k

q2 213/224
both trannies are nkt's
the trim pot is 100k the resistor inline with the buzz knob read about 3.1k
hope this helps

sorry to bump such an ancient topic, but is this essentially just a fuzz face with different transistors? Did anyone ever work out exactly what the differences are?

as far as the transistors goes the main diffrence is there very high gain

in normal ff q1 is aroun 70 -80hfe Q2 100 -120 hfe

in my peppermint they are around q1 140 q2 220

also 33k resistor is changed with 100k trim pot 470 resistor is changed to 1k

the bias resistor is changed from a 8.2 resistor (10k pot on some) to 50k pot with 2.7k res in series. also the 2,2uf input cap is changed to 1uf (so is the sunface)

HOPE THIS HELPS

Did someone have a schematic for the Peppermint Fuzz?
