I know that it's a unidrive clone, but I don't know what has been changed, and haven't been able to find the info ANYWHERE. :horsey:

Looks like the Univox Unidrive with a B100k voltage divider pot at the input for the drive control in place of the original multi-position rotary, leading to a 250k pot with 4n7/10u input cap blend followed by the rest of the unidrive schem. I might draw up a schem from the vero when I've got some time.

Superb, thanks! Can it go into "Boutique"?

Does the 'last' transistor gain matter or is that acting as an out buffer?

Yup, it's a buffer.

Is the orientation of the 10uF cap at the input correct? Negative side to the "bottom" pot/input and positive side to Q1 base?

Yep, polarised input caps always have negative towards the guitar.

Guess that makes sense. Guitar would never exhibit a DC voltage large enough to warrant having input cap + side face towards it.
