I'm having to "right click, save as" for this one. When I try to click through it gives me 403 - Forbidden :(

I tried saving it with the right click thing, but it didn't save anything. I'd really like to see it.

This was discussed at another forum.
Its based on the Guv'nor and there are several layouts done. I think one by MarkM.

Shit, I drew a schem yesterday from the layout pics that had been posted in Aron's forum.

Has anybody got a clou how the presence circuit is realized on the new devices?

There´s a sucker born every minute - and too many of them end up in the bootweak pedal biz.

yeah, me too. sounds great!

the tone knob isn't very useful though - it just seems to muddy things up when i turn it down.

Here's another link to the schematic that appears to work:

Great sounding pedal but any ideas on how to 'un-muddy' it a bit and maybe help it clean up a bit with the guitar volume pot?

does your guitar havs a treble bleed mod ?
it helps

Looking at MAtsumins schemo I can't find the internal 20k trimpot which acts like a presence control connected to the final 22n before output ....

interesting, will investigate that later. Tried it with several guitars, strats, a tele and an sg, still bit too muddy and not good and cleaning up. Trimpot sounds a good started though.

Did you guys use the tone control in the schematic or the one in MarkM's layout? It appears the only difference is that on MarkM's layout the wiper is not connected to the output side of the tone control as in the schematic. I seem to recall reading a post by Mark that this helped - should be easy enough to try.

*edit*

Just finished this layout. Followed Matsumin's schematic with some inspiration from MarkM's layout. Please let me know if you see any mistakes....it's late.....tired eyes.......

See Below for Updated Layout. 8)

I wired the tone control like MarkM's layout but also included pads to add a jumper between lugs 1 and 2 to match the schematic - even though it's just as easy to add a jumper on the pot itself  .

Replaced the 4k7 (R9) with a pot for an external Presence control. Not sure what value to use - 10k? - will try a few when I get a chance. There is also an extra pad on the board so you can use a small vertical trimmer - or just sub a 4k7 and call it good.....

It was a 20k trimpot stock
