I see, that sucks. I think, why should staying at bad shoes if there is something you could fix up and get a better thing. Like Briggs who made some good adds to the Klon or this circuit here.

The Cold Fusion isn't produced any more by the German producer. Could send me the schematic via mail or something like that if I swear not to post it? Just for having a look.

All advertisement Banzi's own brand effects has been removed from the Banzai pages.
I was going to buy one of the Fireball 3's but they just disappeared...

I know Orlaf is at Frankfurt Musikmesse this week. Maybe he will reintroduce them in the future.

The Banzai effects are already more than half a year of their website.
Back in October I asked if they were discontinued, and the answer was: "they are not discontinued. They are just temporarily taken off the website, but will be back soon."

If only Banzai would sell the enclosures they used for their own effect pedals......

Yes folks, it's a Centaur-clone.
A bit deeper voiced and slightly more rude than the C. Only very few parts are a bit differnt.

I compared the Banzai and my self-made Klon Clone today. Both pedals sounds great in my ears, but there is an hearable difference between them. The Banzai has got way more output volume but slightly less gain and compresses the signal a little more less than the Klon Clone, so it sounds more open and clear. Another great significance is, that the Banzai sonds more balanced, the slight middy taste of the Klon is lost, and so is the Banzai a little bit more natural to my ears. Very natural bass amount and totally outstanding High Treble...

To me the Banzai sounds better. I wouldn't have thought that...

this intrigues me a lot. I had a real CF years ago but foolishly sold it.

Anyone done a layout for this?

How long does it take to modify a layout for the klon? 5 minutes?

Does the 6.5V supply voltage imply D6 is a 6V8 zener? If so this is the vero
