awesome work apollo
Keen to see the finished pedal(s)
cheers
bajaman
ps: I tried running my B2 out of the preamp output into my E2 and then using the cabsim output from the E2 - very smooth!

My idea was to put these pcb's into rack case, and then with switch to choose a certain type,
and perhaps make the remote control with foot switches. I also adjusted the width and
height of PCB for 1590BB enclosure. I'll see how this will turn out.

Nice idea, perhaps to make separate outputs for each simulation, and than use these outputs to drive separate amplifiers in same time or switch them.

Does anyone know where to purchase those cute spline shaft board mounting pots that AMT use in their pedals? They are smaller than the 16mm diameter pots that are easily sourced!
cheers

Thanks apollo - yes similar but they are stereo ganged pots not single 3 terminal types. i went to the manufacturers website - they have lots of 12mm pots but no spline shaft single types.

Great stuff Bajaman, I must say again though. These are great pedals and at a realistic price, worth every penny.
It's fairly straight forward, if you want to start it , press start. You can work out the rest of the controls for yourself !
No silicon heaven ? preposterous ! Where would all the calculators go ?

I absolutely agree with you Ice-9, these are indeed some of the best sounding (and feeling) pedals on the market and SO cheap compared to all those booteek tube screamer variations
Come on folks - we still need to trace the other pedals in this series: Vt2, O2, M2, R2, P2, C2
cheers

mr steve ,is posible mix the clean channel with the hi gain eq stage to optain something like fender clean channel emulation?

mr rcustoms, for a silly person like me-if the "E2" has let´s say R6 with 100 ohm and the "S2" has not-is it just a wire (bridge) for R6?

hi nicht ,see the schematics e2 and s2 from bajaman the first one r6p=100 ohm for e2, and the second r6p=200 ohm for s2Nicht Bernd wrote:mr rcustoms, for a silly person like me-if the "E2" has let´s say R6 with 100 ohm and the "S2" has not-is it just a wire (bridge) for R6?

Some of the resistors are replaced with wire inks (0 Ohm resistors) on different models of the pedal, this is because the same pcb is used for all the pedals and uses just the configuration of components to make up that particular model type.rcustoms wrote:hi nicht ,see the schematics e2 and s2 from bajaman the first one r6p=100 ohm for e2, and the second r6p=200 ohm for s2Nicht Bernd wrote:mr rcustoms, for a silly person like me-if the "E2" has let´s say R6 with 100 ohm and the "S2" has not-is it just a wire (bridge) for R6?

Great stuff here!! Anybody have an eagle or diptrace schematic of any of this stuff and feels like sharing with me? Would save me a shit ton of time not having to re-drawing the schematics.. I want them so I can design some boards myself.. I will use Diptrace for that but eagle or diptrace schem is fine, I can convert the eagle using the eagle to diptrace ulp tool...
