I would bet the green component is a 0r resistor - or a jumper - whichever you prefer.

If you look at the layout it just continues the connection over two pads.

No guesses on the diode.

I have made a copy of the above layout to better track it using the Sprint Layout test function. Here the traced schematic according to the layout: I wonder what the diode resistor combination at the input is for, maybe phantom powering?

I may have made myself misleading on that point.
No, there is no function that automatically generates the schematic it is the manual tracking of the connected tracks that you know for sure.
