Hey all, new video is out on the Hizumitas.

I did not do a full schematic, it is pretty close to the available Elk Sustainar schematic widely available:
BigMuffPage's Elk Sustainar Schematic

Here are some changes from the above schematic I observed:
- add input pulldown resistor (1M)
- add input RF filter cap (100p)
- change PNP transistors to NPN (2N3904)
- change power polarity for NPN Q's (flip polarized caps, protection diodes, etc.)
- change all pots to B50K
- change dist. tail resistor(R23) to 820Ω
- change clipping diode AC bypass caps(C6 & C7) to 47n
- change tone cap(C9) to 3.3n
- change voltage divider resistor(R3) to 47K for Q4
- change emitter resistor(R4) to 1K for Q4
- diodes are 1N4148/1N914

Enjoy!

I was interested in getting this pedal but now I’ll just mod one of my old Sovtek Green muffs to this.

Thanks to all for the info!
I so dislike the modern digital world that I need to use semi-digital effects to emulate the analog world of cassette, VHS, and vinyl.

Start with just the diode bypass caps and tone cap, 47n and 3.3n respectively.
That will probably get you 95% of the way there.

Thanks. My Sovteks are already modified a bit so I may have to do more than that.
