Just build this one using the vero layout posted by 5thumbs on page 18. Sounds good. I think the gain pot is supposed to be a 5k reverse log instead of a 5k linear. When using a linear, the gain goes up very fast in the last 25% of the pot. I would suggest using a 5k reverse log there! The tone pot wires are also reversed so tone 3 should be tone 1 and tone 1 should be tone 3.
