D*A*M - Professional Fuzz Sound
maybe we could do a groupbuy of the 0.15 boards and split the shipping fees.
last time I tried to order from RS, shipping & handling came in at 50 euro's
thats nuts for just a couple of boards

ok I lied I need one more secret, does anyone know where to find 22 or 24 awg wire with pretty pastel colors or deep blues and things like that? small bear's color's are a bit kindergarten to me. there is a lot of mojo in this if you catch my drift...the true meaning of mojo. I would love some lime green, baby pink, baby blue, dark blue wire and colors like that, I just haven't been able to find it anywhere.

That's the same stuff inside those booteek boxes.
For those odd colors just scour Ebay. Effectsconnection has really nice 24awg stranded wire packs. It's 24awg but it feels more like 22. They don't got the weird green and pink tho.

Yeah the pink and slime green will be odd ones to find. I recommended the link above because in the pack you'll find all colors and everything to match Tone Benders. Pink is in that pack along with the same gray shielded wire you seen in all the cool boxes. His shipping rates are great too.
Maybe search for teflon wire for the weird colors.

Rrrrrright... Crap, I fucked up :/
In few spots.
The wiring is shit (some shielded wire loose connection to ground), and I missed one trace cut
Below (in pdf's) are new fixed versions off (AFAIK) standard production Fuzz Sound, Black On Black Version and Two more circuits from The Mother Fucker (limited to 5 pcs) done as an independent units. Also I'll do the Motherfucker as it is where it belongs (the other mother fuckin tread)
Current layouts shows full off-board shielded wiring, but not quite stock to real Fuzz Sounds. Difference is minor, but exist. IMO it's cleaner as it is. Also shown on 0,15" pitch vero

It's either the Mama font or something with a different name. I can't remember but I remembered using that font before.

I think much of the basic stuff for a D*A*M clone can be purchased at Bitsbox. I have bought a few things from them like wire, cable, and stripboards. It appears to be nearly identical to what Dave was using a few years ago in his boxes.
Well, I'm pretty sure it's the "Mama" font. Here's a picture of the dam fuzz sound:Max Cohen wrote:No, its notTroll_face wrote:Nevermind, I figured it out.
