well, i have build many pedals, but never a modulation, and had fear of BDD, and unfortunaly, i got it wrong, i bought a minime chorus and a verfied mn3007 from guitar pcb, the main problem i have its that i get signal real well, but potenciometer do nothing and it really dont chorus, just feel like a reverbs instead of chorus, i had frlip many times the the clock and try to bias but nothing, also i hear some white noise out of it, something like a clock signal, when its no supposed to be any.
any idea??

Fried trimpot (been there, it happens...)?
Try to audioprobe your signal in the delayed path (from splitter to BBD, from BBD to mixer) to check that it doesn't get lost...
