Barber Silver LTD - no gain

Hi guys,

I've built the Barber Silver LTD according to this layout: http://tagboardeffects.blogspot.co.il/2 ... ilver.html

It worked fine, until suddenly the gain knob didn't add any gain.

I have checked the voltages and they seem fine, checked the diodes and got a good reading, checked the board for shorts and tried swapping chips.

Any ideas how can I solve this issue?

Check the pots.
Use a audio probe to locate the error.
