possibly a dry or broken solder joint around the jacks or volume pots

"... or volume pots"
Did you check them, already?

the best thing you can do is to accurately inpect the PCBs, looking for something wrong - a disconnected cable, a broken solder joint, a burnt component... - you had better use a magnifier, a good one.
start checking very well the solder joints on the ribbon cable and on the relay (since jacks and pots are already ok)

I will describe what's happening when I turned on the pedal it sounds like there's a wind blowing ..like shhhh..sound at the same time with dry signal of my guitar that's so low.you can hear the strings when you strum it but so tiny low output..what this could be??
Any

I think other owners of this Nux pedal have reported issues.

Maybe use an audio probe ?
