I posted this in the Madbean forum but no replies since saturaday

Its regarding the Wavelord tap tempo tremolo

This one is a doozy, so turns out the Wavelord I built has an issue where if you tap in a fast setting and hit the bypass it changes the tempo to slow for some reason, same when you turn a pedal before it on or off

I must say that I use an optical bypass in this one and a built in Klon buffer

I dont have IC voltages but the schematic is here

This is the schematic of the bypass circuit

I cant provide pictures of the build yet

These stubs don't show the whole picture. Maybe you've build your bypass to temporary shorten or disconnect your VCC, maybe something else.
Post complete schematic of your build.

There isnt much else to post really, the signal jack is In Jack > Buffer > Bypass circuit > Tremolo > Out Jack

As for "disconnecting the VCC" I highly doubt that since the switching portion doesnt touch the voltage line

Have you tried it w/o optic bypass?

First thing I will do, the pedal is not in my possession right now

Turns out that replacing the LFO ic solved the problem
