Pinout for popular wah trannies are wrong side. It's ok, since no body really give a fuck I don't think I'll bother to post my layouts anymore

Chceck the trace cut below 1k resistor. It should be one line below. After that this should rock. The reason why it takes so long is - I'm doing several layouts at the same time Also I wanted to add another vero wah with some mods like the sweep and SPeter's tone idea to replace the range cap selector

Ok, here's the twicked thing. I've added sweep pot - value listed is 100k lin, but you can try 50k, or use jumper in place of 33k resistor and go with 100k pot with push-pull on-off switch to mimic Grey wah. Range control is the idea I've found in DAM Red Rooster tread posted by SPeter. Another higher value cap is blended in to standard 0,01uf cap. In CW position the value is close to 0,068uf - typically for bass wahwah's, in CCW is we have standard Clyde McCoy resistance. It's the same thing that selected range used in wah's like Fulltone's Clyde Deluxe, but in place of 3way selector control knob is used. You can try other values, like lower one for the main cap, and bit higher for the blend-in, but theoretically this is optimum. Layout is not verified. Let me know what you think, and if you spot mistakes

Ok, apparently I was on high drawing previous modded layout, here's corrected one, I took a lot of care making sure it will swing!
BOM match RG.Keen wah article. Few things added - 1. pulldown resistors, 2. LED status on 3PDT, 3. power filtering.
Rq is omitted on board, use 100k sweep control to shift value from 0ohm to 100k and use push-pull or on/off switch to omit it completely to mimic Grey Wah spec

Since my Crybaby died, i wanted to use the shell to buil my own clone and was thinking about the colorsound wah.
It's going to be used for humbuckers playing some hardrock/metal stuff. You think the colorsound is capable of doing this?
I don't have the ability to make my PCB so it has to be Vero or Perfboard.
Oh and can i re-use the original crybaby inductor for this?

No idea about the HB stuff buddy. AFAIK Timm aka Phibs is working on Colorsound Wah, he may be more helpful

What inductors are you using Pawel? I've got a 535Q but I quite fancy making one of these to go in an old Crybaby case I've got somewhere.
