Hi folks
I was recently asked for fab house files for some of these boosters and realised I did not have anything to offer because the original artwork was done in CorelDraw and not a recognised PCB artwork package. I spent a few hours with the excellent Sprint Layout 6.0 ( if you are not familiar with this program I strongly suggest you check it out ;-) ), and now i am happy to post some images for the smd files for the DG20, SPC,and RPC boards as well as through hole versions for SPC and RPC. Most fab houses require gerber files, and these are listed below. I am happy to supply the Sprint Layout 6.0 files upon request - just PM me if you need them. In the meantime here are some gif images and gerber files exported from the Sprint Layout 6.0 files. Kindest regards to all and hope you are getting through this awful seemingly neverending covid pandemic safely
cheers bajaman

Hello guys!! Ive stumbled on this Forum post searching for an solution for a problem with the new DG20.
I want to make my "ULTIMATE" Partcaster with the new DG20 but I plan to replace the switch with 10-Way Freeway Blade Switch...
My problem with it is that the new DG20 has the PCB mounted and i am not that knowledgable in electronics as the EMG instruction specifies that EMG pickups dont need the Groundwiring and the Freeway Switch Wiring diagram has contacts for ground and hot... If its not possible via DG20 PCB, i am willing to buy the pickups and exg and spc separately to do that modification.
I just need your assistance on this matter as you guys are much smarter than me

Hello, what is the correct installation order for SPC, RPC and EXG?
1-RPC-SPC-EXG-OUT, or
2-RPC-EXG-SPC-OUT

What`s the best dual op amp for the SPC circuit? I used the LF442 for my version of the circuit for passive pickups (layout above). Sounds good, and the current draw is low, but the needed min. voltage is quite high - the circuit stops working above 7V. Not good for use inside the guitar with just one battery...

You can search the TI website for similar op amps that tolerate a lower supply voltage, start with https://www.ti.com/amplifier-circuit/op ... ducts.html and add filter parameters. One promising candidate in SMD is the TLV9102, it works between 2.7V and 16V, and has equal or better specs than the LF442 (rail to rail in/out, low current, higher slew rate, etc.)
