Looks like a Dyna Comp to me. You'd need to go over the values to see exactly what they modded, but the BYOC 5 knob compressor is a Dyna with tone and attack controls plus a blend and so should be pretty close.

The BYOC has a blend control as well and so you would expect more components, but if we get some decent gut shots then a trace of this would be pretty quick to appear. It will be very close to a Dyna/Ross with some of the extra controls used in the BYOC I suspect. Maybe some different values here and there but you can see clearly what it is based around.

normal attack mod
tone isn't quite passive since the signal cut from the +ve input is boosted in the output. tone gets thinner as roll the knob up.
