Is it like wah and fuzz in the same time, with the foot controlling both effects (one part of the pot for the wah freq, and the other for the fuzz tone or gain)?

It’s a wah-volume. I’m now told it’s made by GEM, which is actually printed on the circuit board.

What are the Values of the yellow marked Components?

I found the resistor value on another shot with 100k and the value of the electolyte with 5uF on your fourth image.

Q1 Emitter resistor is correct on the layout, but not in the schematic.
