Were the capacitors all replaced? They look modern. Especially the yellow box hanging off the input jack.

Hallo, I've just found for very few € three very old wah pedals here in Italy. One of them is the Hofner No.1 Guitar Effect Pedal (the wah of this topic) of 1967. More info in this page http://www.vintagehofner.co.uk/factfile ... edals.html

In the next week I'll proceed to draw the schematic and bring the thing to life. Maybe this could be interesting for those who like old wah gears, if there's any. :D

Here's the schematic. The components are 100% original.

It's not a hard circuit to rebuild, the most expensive part is probably the pot. But you can also build volume pedal... Sure the case is really cool, looks vintagey and different from cry babies...

Thats all i have, i need to build the circuit and the back plate. Also i would like to disassemble the top pedal, from the case, to give a proper paint job and replace the rubbers, but i don't know how to take off the main shaft...

@warsavius in the first picture that you post, looks like you removed the pedal from the bottom enclosure, can you please share a picture of the rod, i need to know if to remove, its with preassure or unbursing, and if it is a one piece rod.

I just got one of these recently except it’s Halifax instead of Höfner. Other than the name it looks nearly identical to the one Boris posted above. The serial number is 13. I was tracing the circuit and it’s almost the same as the classic Vox circuit, but there’s a 1M resistor connected between the collector of Q2 and the positive side of the 5uF electrolytic cap, one of the 470K resistors is connected between the collector and base of Q2, and the other 470K resistors is absent. I absolutely love the sound of this wah, even more than my Italian Vox Cry Baby. The only thing I don’t like about it is the bypass switch being under the heel rather than the toe.
