In case you need replacement encoders for the big Strymon boxes, this one is a perfect match:
Bourns PEC11R-4220F-S0024 (Incremental Encoder 24 PPR ... 5V 60min-1)

After years of use I had to replace the encoders on my Timeline, but since I live in Europe it was too much to order a 4$ part with 15$ shipping directly from Strymon. You can easily find these encoders via many electrical part suppliers for around 2$.

I got the 4220 which has 24 detents when turning the knob, it's a nice feel, but I think the 4020 with NO detent is what Strymon are using stock.
