Found the Schematic by tracing.
The tone control (WAVE) is unusual. The series connection of the two Z-diodes across IC2a has no effect, because the threshold voltage of about +/- 6.1 volts at 9 volts supply voltage can never be reached.

To see the effect of the Wave control I emulated the schematic with a software. I omitted the bypass part connected on the CD4007UB (R2, C6...).
There's a problem. There's an big amount of low end frequency around 100Hz, but it's a pretty wide range.
I'm wondering if there's a mistake in the schematic.
I found just a video demo of a very similar pedal but branded KMD.

No, there is no mistake.I'm wondering if there's a mistake in the schematic.
I made a rough PCB layout with SprintLayout and drew the schematic, using SprintLayout's tracing function.
After completing the schematic, I checked it by tracing it again with the layout.

I ran a circuit simulation of the filter section starting from the resistance R7.

Yes, I meant exactly that.
Maybe the pedal sounds fine though the frequency appears graphically unbalanced.
