I bought this PCB years ago, but I don't remember what it was for. Anybody recognize it? I'm guessing it was probably a fuzz circuit? Thanks for looking!

Please take a shot of the soldering side,
This makes it easier to trace the circuit.
What are the dimensions of the PCB?
