Unknown Caps?  [found/sold]

These look like caps, but my GM328 tests them out as some kind of 0H inductor. What are they?

They look like PolyFuses/PolySwitches not caps. Also called Resetable Fuses.
The brand could be LittelFuse, and the part number 11-305 or 11R305.
Nothing came up with that number but perhaps you need to play around with the search engine.

FYI. They are low impedance. When the current exceeds some limit, depending on the part spec, it melts the material inside then it goes high resistance. It is used for current protection. When the fault is cleared the material cools and the impedance returns to its low state.

OP's are polyfuses, not varistors.
