Ibanez TS9DX power requirements

The Ibanez website says the TS9DX only draws 8ma at 9vdc. Can anyone confirm this?

Seems kind of low to me and my meter doesn't read dc current

.

Sounds about right.
Its a pretty simple circuit. If you are skeptical of the data provided by the manufacturer, you can run the analysis yourself.
You can use a stock TS-9 schematic for full analysis of the circuit (the TS-9DX schematic omits switching and LED indication, and is thus incomplete for this purpose).
