just not getting the hits at diystomp so i figured i'd try over here.

when dealing with a circuit such as the paralooper...

is it totally necessary to have the output buffer or will a simple passive mix section suffice?
if you connect the + input of U2-A to the - with a switch, will that work to invert the phase?

im also working on doing a mixer based on the application notes of the TL084: having two-outs/send channels and mixed passively using a resistor (prolly 10K or 22K) to keep the phase non-inverting. not sure if that helped though.
signatures are for the weak.

not exactly... :|
the stages are passively mixed before the output buffer already - i was wondering more if it's really necessary to keep that buffer at the end?
as far as the phase goes, i'm looking for a simple way to invert the phase of one side - hopefully without adding another opamp.
