I was given a bag of half a dozen of each - metal can sn7274 and normal LM741/UA741.. any reason to or not to use the opamp 741's and what are the sn7274, and can I use them anywhere?

If they're in metal cans I'd just sell them; they're not that quiet and people think metal cans have Mojo...

It's a dual op-amp but I couldn't find any datasheets on it.

Hi Rocklander,
uA 741 is a single package Opamp (different pinout to dual)
sn7274 might be a dual opamp. A pic might help you discover more?
How many pins? what shape is it?
Phil.
