interesting gain control! is that a 50K dual pot? and what's up with that diode ring? is it for clipping? i like the switching configuration as well. looks like passive treble and mid control, and active bass. cool stuff, thanks!

The 1992 schematic for the '91 Tubeman Mark 1 (4-channel version with black plastic case) was no longer available from the OP, but I found it elsewhere. Reposting it here in case someone needs it. Regards, Mike

It is a dual pot.
And what's up with that diode ring? is it for clipping?
Yes, the diode ring is for clipping.
Looks like passive treble and mid control, and active bass.
You have got that right.
