Just wondering if anyone has ordered anything from effectsconnection.com lately. I placed an order on 9-10-10 and it still shows pending on the website. I sent a couple of emails and called once, but never heard anything. I'm patient, but a month going by with no word back scares me a little. I understand it's a small company, maybe just him....wondering if anyone knew if he's OK or in the hospital or something. I noticed that the website was down for a couple of days as well and the security certificate had expired. Any feedback would be great.

I get warnings about expired certificates in that website!

I did ordered from this place a couple of times and I always got my things. The time may have varied from an order to the other but I'm in Canada so the customs sometimes can be annoying for this.

Not only has every order been filled promptly and accurately, the one item I have ever received that was defective was replaced promptly and at no charge to me.

The same here, all I can say about FX connection is only the good shit. We was dealing only ones, but the parcel to Poland arrived quite fast, and all I've ordered was there, whitch is not the common thing from other US friends recently

Glad to hear everything is OK...just a little concerned, that's all.

Bad, experience on my behalf. Nearly 1/2 of my order was not filled, yet I was still charged the full amount. After several attempts at calling and emailing, the replacement components they sent were missing or wrong also. They have not answered a phone call or email since then. I won't go back.

Another +1 for John and Whitney, have always gotten great service.
