where do i find NKT275,BC108,AC128
don't find them anywhere

You will find them very hard to find.... especially the NKT's....NOS ones at least.
There are modern repros and fakes around on Ebay, etc.

If you do find any originals, they have probably been "picked through" several times, meaning the Hfe is probably not in a useful range for a vintage Fuzz.

forget about finding nkt275s - AC128s of various types quite cheap + easily available on ebay, from Europe. BC108 should be easy to find, but but remember modern types have a letter suffix for gain - search for BC108C.
