so rare these days that when something goes wrong a company steps up and bends over backwards to make things right...

I recently ordered some stuff and based on some miscommunication had ended up getting a few 'wrong' parts. It was debatable at best whos fault that was (50% me 50% them), but the important thing is they didn't just blow me off, in fact they went out of their way to make things better than right and I just wanted to give them the positive feedback they deserve.

their prices are the best... the stuff ships pretty fast... they treat you right.

for any of you who weren't aware of them:

I have all the parts on the board populated... so all the real work is done... now I just have to get it working.

big +1 to effectsconnection.. I had a similar experience, where I'm pretty sure it was actually MY fault and they still helped me out... certainly my overseas dealer of choice... just wish they had some 1590A enclosures when I was looking.
